"Attention magical beings of River City. For too long we have been the servants of humans. From today, we will take our rightful place in the world. I'm going to release magical objects from the Library into River City. The humans will be desperate for our help and we will come to their rescue. Humans will realize that we are their superiors. Many challenges lie ahead, and I hope you will join me in helping to usher in a new era of magical supremacy." ― Orla — Listen (file info)
"Once upon a time, I didn't believe in magic. But then, I discovered something. Magic is all around us. You don't even need to go looking for it. If you believe, magic will find you. And anything is possible." ― Kyra to the audience at the end of the episode — Listen (file info)

Plot[]
Summary[]
As Maxwell and the class try to reclaim the Orb, Kyra's memory and magic return; Orla releases a dangerous artifact into River City.
Full Plot[]
The episode starts off when Kyra watches the video that Peter filmed in On the Case.
In the office of the DMI, Orla puts a barrier around the orb. She is also talking to Darra when Imogen comes in, wanting to know why her dad–Jared–and her brother were on Orla's side.
Kyra is still watching the video. Meanwhile, Lily and Ruksy are running to Trevor, and lie about how there was a dragon in the park near a river that was chasing people.
When there's an alarm that goes about the fake dragon, Orla tells Darra to watch the orb. Darra touches the barrier and gets zapped. Lily and Ruksy enter the room, using their wands to try to retain the orb. Darra helps them.
At the same time, Kyra gets a flash of memories back about her magical adventures and her friends.
Imogen is talking with her dad, curious as to why he and Darra are on Orla's side. Unbeknownst to her, though, Darra was tricking Orla and was at the moment helping Lily and Ruksy get the orb.
When Jared explains that fairies have represented the DMI for far too long, Orla passes by as well as a clone of Jared. This clone is revealed to be Maxwell, who recently learned to shapeshift.
Finally, the barrier that surrounded the orb breaks. Lily, Darra, and Ruksy grab it and jump to the library. Imogen jumps to the library as well and hugs Darra.
With Kyra and Peter, Kyra is freaking out about how magic exists. Peter wants to know if Kyra still has her magic. Kyra points her index and middle fingers at a small basketball, trying to use telekinesis on it. She shoots the ball into a small hoop. Her magic is back.
Orla goes inside of the office, only to notice that both the orb and Darra are gone. Orla then senses where the orb is. As Darra and Lily were about to use magic on the orb, Orla uses her telekinesis on Darra, making him fly in the air. Orla teleports and kicks Lily, Ruksy, and Imogen out of the library. She then puts magical barriers in areas of magic, such as the Library and the DMI. When Imogen goes to touch the back wall, she gets zapped. Kyra teleports to the bookshop, where she reunites with her magical friends and learns that Orla has taken over the DMI. In the library, Orla then turns toward Darra, disappointed in him.
Shortly afterwards, Orla makes a speech to all magic beings who are River City residents. She says that magical beings have been the servant of humans and that they need to have their rightful place in the world. In order to accomplish this, she would release magical objects and harm humans as a result. Jared comments that he didn't know that this was what Orla intended; Darra is also surprised.
In the bookshop, Kyra, Imogen, Lily, and Ruksy are all sitting together. Some have lost hope and Kyra is trying to encourage them to not give up. At that moment, the Library and the bookshop shake, and Darra learns that Orla had decided to release the Eye of Horus. It appears somewhere in River City near a lot of humans. The ankh falls out and Orla uses magic to get a hold of it. The magical object creates a whirlpool, and Darra is worried. Kyra's dad comes in his police car, and sees that the whirlpool sucked in a woman's purse.
Peter sees the Eye of Horus and calls Kyra to let her know. He then shows Kyra the whirlpool and her dad through video chat. The whirlpool zaps Steve and it almost sucks him in, before Kyra rescues him.
Ruksy, knowing that the magical barrier doesn't let magical beings in, has an idea. Ruksy and Kyra return to the Library, while Lily and Imogen stay near the Eye of Horus. Ruksy and Kyra have Peter wear the knight's armour, which penetrated magical defenses 300 years ago and has a long shelf life. Peter walks towards the back wall in the bookshop, and the sword is able to go through.
Magic gusts. As the Eye of Horus tries to suck in Steve's police car, Lily and Imogen use magic to help prevent that. Unfortunately, Imogen's hand gets zapped, and Steve's police car is swallowed, shocking Steve.
In the bookshop, Peter is able to get through the wall, breaking the wall barrier. Kyra and Ruksy enter. Orla sees Kyra and tries to bring down her self-esteem. Without Orla knowing, Kyra gives Lily and Imogen a cue to jump into the Library. Kyra then holds the orb as Kyra's other friends take orb magic out of Orla and back into Kyra. After this happens, Kyra puts the ankh back in its rightful place and all of the barriers in the magical world fade.
As Orla tries to get a hold of the orb, Maxwell destroys it with a sword. Sean has Orla taken away, and Peter, still on the ground, asks if anyone can help him up.
Kyra comes home and talks with her dad about the whirlpool. Darra visits and lets Kyra know that he and his dad are going to Europe with their Mom.
Back in the Library, there's class. Sean has an announcement. Then, Kyra tells him that, although what Orla did was wrong, she did have a point. This convinced Sean to let Kyra have her own special team–with Imogen, Lily, Ruksy, and Peter–provided with DMI resources and able to deal with magical outbreaks both big and small. They call their team... The Bureau of Magical Things.
